1991

Inception

The office was established on August 15, 1991, originally operating from Padili Kokmaduwa.

1994

Expansion at Hallala

Relocated to the permanent "Kurunduwatta" premises in Hallala to accommodate growing needs.

1998 - Present

Full Scale Secretariat

Formalized as a primary administrative hub for 38 GN divisions and 118 villages.
